At the heart of our centre is our multidisciplinary team of specialists who collaborate to provide comprehensive, integrative services. We understand that wellbeing encompasses more than traditional counselling, which is why we go above and beyond to offer a range of services designed to empower and uplift whānau and our clients.

Our mana enhancing resilience programs are designed to foster personal growth and development. Through these programs, individuals of all ages can learn valuable skills and tools to enhance esteem and navigate life's challenges with greater strength and resilience.

We recognise the importance of creating healing spaces and offer support to whānau in need. Our dedicated team provide home visits and nature therapy, supporting whānau to connect to their whakapapa and break the intergenerational cycle of violence. Our services are whānau centred, and whānau led incorporating nature into our therapeutic interventions. Together, we harness the healing power of our environment to promote healing and enhance overall wellbeing.
