Join Taupō Family Centre Inc. this World Suicide Prevention Day as we come together to raise awareness, support our community, and promote wellbeing through our annual Do Life Challenge.

This challenge shines a light on the heartbreaking reality of the 630 lives lost to suspected suicide in Aotearoa. We invite individuals, workplaces, sports teams, whānau and community groups to creatively incorporate the number 630 into a challenge of their own while raising awareness, encouraging connection and wellbeing.

Need some inspiration?

✅ Gym Team: 6 movements for 30 minutes
✅Tenpin Bowling: 630 bowls
✅ Community Group: 0 excuses, 6 friends, 3 activities

The challenge is yours to design. Get creative but most importantly, bring people together.

Every sudden death by suicide in Aotearoa is a heartbreak beyond words. We remember the individuals and whānau affected.

The Do Life Challenge is one of Taupō Family Centre's key events for raising awareness and gaining support.

Donations raised will help our specialist team continue providing:

• Free counselling services
• Practical social support
• Resources for individuals and whānau facing challenges
• Support for those impacted by suicide and mental health struggles

Every dollar raised stays right here in our community.
